    You certainly can but I do no think it would be a good idea. The risk of infecting the area is very high!

    They definitely do not win the price of healthy food but you can eat them once in a while just try to avoid the whipped cream.

    No, there are 2 ways of eating pizza an unhealthy way with extra fat, pepperoni) or a more healthier version with vegetables and as thin as possible. Everything depends on the amount of food and combination that you eat.

    They both have basically the same amount of calories. Both are made from diffferent oils however margarine is usually less healthy because it has trans fat that is worst for your cholesterol and heart health.

    Juices are great because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals. However almost all commercial juices avoid proteins. If you really want to drink a juice in exchange of a meal add a scoop of protein or greek yogurt.

    Eating healthy is only a part of having a healthy lifestyle. You need to add phyisical activity and other healthy habits (not smoking or trinking too much) to have a balance and healthy lifestyle.

    It is very hard to tell that because we all are different. What I would recommend is to start from your current level and try to built up pushing yourself a bit but never take you to the limits.

    All should be considered and try to help her as much as possible. When the pregnancy continues she will need more help around the house, to prepare healthy foods and sometimes to get to her doctor appointments.

    I would say that it is important to make sure that the other person understands exactly where you need help and what are you trying to reach. Be as specific as possible.
