    So there’s no scientific studies on this. But if by the 4 th week you have not been pooping you may start getting bad repercussions, since the constipation will not let you eat…

    Your colon is an organ that delivers waste products out of the body. It’s not a waste storage facility!! Not only are you getting rid of digested food you also are getting rid of toxins in your body and dead body cells. If you don’t get back “on track” you will have other outward problems as your body tries to rid itself of toxins any way it can. You might have bad breath, skin eruptions(pimples) mouth sores and such. What can happen if it goes too far? Elvis had chronic constipation for more than 20 years, mostly due to misuse of prescription drugs. He died while on the toilet, his heart gave out from too much straining. Eat more FIBER, drink LOTS of water and if you don’t see results in 3 days try some stool softener. Good luck
