By labelling women as “Plus Size”, we are inherently oppressing and stigmatizing them. We are sticking a label to their bodies and caging them into numbers. Sizes are indeed practical, but the separation of sizes into deliberate sections because of their number needs to end. It becomes no longer a matter of practicality, but of corporate vanity.
