    I go for the fruitbowl of bananas, blueberries, strawberries, a littlbe bit of greek yogurt and some gluten-free granola.

    I got a smoothie with any kind of protein, fruits and milk with a granola bar. Make sure that the granola bar as not too much sugar.

    A smoothie with spinach, cucumber, kiwi and some strawberries. This is my breakfast 3 times a week.

    Ufff yeah! look what I usually do is make a shake with: Bananas, Kiwi, strawberries (40 oz) and a slice of bread with peanut butter.

    I love eating yougurt and fruit, you can never go wrong with that. You can add whatever you like, if it’s either granola or even maple syrup. Another option you can always try is cereal.
