Soda’s are not good in any way, for your body and health. Drinking them daily or even constantly can give you many problems even kidney stones which are the most common for soda consumption. So if you’re not able to cut them out completely, at least try to drink them with a lot less regularity or replacing them with something that’s a lot healthier, if what you’re looking for is flavour.

You usually look a lot thinner, but you don’t loose that much weight, some people don’t loose any weight at all. Of course it depends on what kind of detox you’re using. It’s not the best option when we talk about being healthy, but I don’t think it’s completely wrong either.

Everyone should relax at least once a day from their daily activities. Also I think everyone should exercise once a day, no matter what your wight is or what health problems you have, any type of exercise is always the best even if it’s just for a short time:)

Not only does it not allow your blood to circulate correctly, but also it does not allow you to be comfortable during the day. You may get a lot of problems with your health in the future, and also you’ll be irritated all day. So why wear tight clothes if you can wear something comfortable that’s best for your health and mood?

Treat yourself to whatever you enjoy if it’s either food or something you like to do, or even someone you like to talk to. Work is not only about making money, but it’s also about enjoying what you do but you can’t do that if you’re in a bad mood!

You can add whatever you like, if it’s either granola or even maple syrup. Another option you can always try is cereal.

Looking at people straight to their eyes, helps get their attention and feel like you are totally in control. Also bring flashcards, or small well-looking papers with key words just so you won’t forget. Try to practice in front of a mirror. And also try to move, and walk around. Don’t walk too fast, but try to move a little bit just so people won’t get bored.

That helps so that we may experience less pain and even soreness. They’ll probably still hurt, but it’s a lot less. I can tell you from experience it’s best for your body and to enjoy the rest of your day if you stretch after a work-out.

Try to concentrate on what you’re doing rather than them, also don’t pay attention to the amount of weight they do because they’ll usually do a lot more than you do, but we all know why. Try to compliment them, but you don’t have to feel awkward about being there!

Those drinks are good to hydrate, but if you’re trying to exercise to loose weight, then those drinks are not good at all. They have a lot of sugar and calories, while water does not and it does the same thing the drinks do. If you’re looking for flavour, then they’re ok, but I wouldn’t recommend drinking them each time you do exercise!

Try to eat at least half an hour before, and something light.
