    I’d say at least one hour and a half / two hours after a full meal so you won’t have any problems during your work out.

    That’s really just because some girls try the wrong sports. Sports are awesome whenever you find the one you love, and girls are great at sports when they find what they’re good at.

    It really depends on what you’re looking for, and what results you’re expecting. ALSO what you enjoy the most. If you’re okay with being peaceful then go with yoga, but if your body needs a lot more movement to release energy then go with pilates.

    It’s really not that hard to know. If you feel too tired after exercising, and actually end up being sick (even if it’s just the flu). Also if there’s too much pain in your body, and you don’t feel well.

    It really depends on the amount of time you do per day, and what kind of exercise you do. But I wouldn’t say it is, it’s a lot better and easier to do it daily, since you don;t have to get back up and start all over again.

    Well my opinion is that at the ned of the day, depending on the amount you consume, it might damage your body little by little and give you health problems in time.

    TOTALLY ! Men need a lot more protein, and usually different portions of grains and carbs inside their diets, just because our bodies are shaped so differently and you can not limit a man to make a diet with as many calories as a woman might, just because they need more calories to keep their bodies working right!

    Totally agree with Sofia. Try to not eat EVERYTHING you like daily. Of course you can treat yourself from time to time, just not daily. And try to eat those thing like protein, vegetables, and fruit way more than carbs and you’ll do great!

    That depends on what you’re looking for and what the other person thinks of it. It’s totally a sacrifice from both sides, and you won’t be as normal as everybody else. But if you’re both committed to it, you can totally make it work:)

    Totally a myth. Most boys like intelligent girls, whom they can show off to their friends, who are independent and also will have a good influence on their children! Of course there are other types of boys like sofia said, who don’t want a girl that will be more intelligent than them.

    It’s actually not that hard. Think of what you’re good at, what you love and a way you can make that into being successful. Try to fit all those things you’re good at and love into one same thing and find out about what you’ll be learning 🙂

    Yeah, even if you feel fine with yourself and your body, it’s always great to exercise no matter what you do or what kinds of exercises you do, exercise keeps you healthy and active no matter how your body is shaped or where you are.

    Pinterest has some good work outs too:) Also, you can create some on your own. Try to do those that are easy but also very effective. Burpees for example are some of the most effective exercises ever, or try to do sit ups as well. So just try a variety of well done exercises that work well:)

    Well it depends on the kind of workout you do, but I’d say at least four or five times a week and rest at least two of those. It’s best if leave those two to be the weekend to start the week off rested 🙂
