Feminism refers to the specific fight of women to gain equal rights. It’s not humanism because of historical reasons. It started as a movement carried out strictly by women with the purpose of gaining equality for WOMEN. It’s not that feminism is not interested in men having access to equality, but because of the nature of the fight it would diminish the whole purpose of the movement to take away the part women play in it.
But don’t get confused, men can also be advocates for feminism and join the fight.
