    Stretching is very important, since we get to relax all those muscles and parts of our bodies we use. That helps so that we may experience less pain and even soreness. They’ll probably still hurt, but it’s a lot less. I can tell you from experience it’s best for your body and to enjoy the rest of your day if you stretch after a work-out.

    It’s also important to remember that you need to warm up before you start stretching, because stretching cold muscles can lead to injury.
