Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) are all the different symptoms we women experience between ovulation and menstruation. The bloating, cravings, the tenderness; that’s all PMS! Although the causes of PMS are not exactly clear, there is a variety of factors involved such as the fluctuation in your hormonal levels.
PMS usually begins 7 – 10 days before your period. Women experience both psychological and physiological symptoms of pms such as general moodiness, depression, bloating, breast tenderness, abdominal and back pain, etc.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a combination of emotional, physical, psychological, and mood disturbances that occur after a woman’s ovulation, typically ending with the onset of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are irritability, depression, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings.
