    I think the problem that still exists is the gender wage gap, which completely sucks…in terms of roles I think everyday women are aspiring to occupy CEO jobs and administrative roles, which is awesome but still not enough in my opinion.

    I do believe that there are gender roles and i believe they have an influence in the productivity as well as the development
