Yes, you can still get pregnant. It only means that you will have the chance to get pregnant every other month, or just 6 times during the year. Ovaries alternate on releasing eggs. One month, the right ovary releases and egg and the next month it’s the left ovary, and so on. Right, left, right, left, right, left… you get the point. That’s why if you are left with just one ovary, you can still get pregnant.

It is known that when one ovary is removed, the other one compensates and starts releasing an egg every month. So, you’ll still have a chance to get pregnant every month.
