The Feminine Hygiene program is designed to teach women and girls what is menstruation and how to use sanitary pads. Participants also learn about self-esteem and that being a woman is something to be celebrated and not to be ashamed. A month’s supply of sanitary pads is donated to each participant during the workshop.
